Title: CSO Mechanical and PipingLocation: IN Location: Lebanon, IN Client : Pharmaceutical Facility Contract Length: 2 Years (Potential Extension)Description: The construction system owner piping provides field based technical oversight and construction coordination for process and utility piping installations for the large scale pharma project. This person will confirm piping installation readiness and alignment with IFC drawings, technical specs, and GMP requirements.This role will resolve installation constraints, escalate issues that will impact construction progress, integrity and C&Q readiness. They will be ensuring piping systems are installed, integrated with EQ and prepare for testing the system start upDay to Day:Serve as the piping POC for the project managerConfirming that piping installations align with:Approved IFC design documentationTechnical specifications and validated submittalProject installation requirementsApplicable GMP and regulatory expectationsIdentifying, documenting, and escalating piping installation issues or constraints that may impact:Construction progressSystem integrity and operabilityMechanical Completion readinessCommissioning and startup activitiesReviewing contractor documentation related to piping installation including:RFIs and technical queriesInstallation drawings and spool informationInterface drawings and tie-in detailsTurnover documentation and as-built recordsSkills/ Background:10+ years of field experience supporting installation of process and utility piping systems on large pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated capital projects.Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME BPE, and pharmaceutical piping systems.Experience with high-purity piping systems, including installation coordination, orbital welding interfaces, and hygienic system requirements.Familiarity with piping system integration with equipment, utilities, instrumentation, and process systems.Knowledge of building specific system TCCC and CO alignmentExperience supporting Mechanical Completion, system walkdowns, and turnover readiness.Strong understanding of GMP construction practices and documentation requirements.Ability to identify installation risks, technical deviations, and quality concerns within complex multi-discipline construction environments.Education: Degree: Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering or relevant experience
