As our Process Engineer you'll be the go-to person for keeping our key products on point with Statistical Process Control. You'll bring your engineering skills to the table to boost first pass yields, streamline processes, and drive cost improvements. If you love solving problems, making things run smoother, and enjoy seeing the impact of your work, this is the role for you!\r\nWhat will you be doing?\r\n\r\nDaily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and consistency with documented work practices\r\nMonitor processes closely and oversee SPC related activities for critical processes\r\nDetermine root causes for out-of-control products as well as other product failures and follow through with corrective actions\r\nPrepare periodic statistical reports to customers and ensure the timely submission of such reports.\r\nManage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) as assigned and ensure timely closeout of reports and drive root cause, corrective action resolution and minimize repeat common occurrence.\r\nSupport QA on customer complaints related to batch manufacturing processes including work on Corrective Action Request (CAR).\r\nWrite and modify Work Instructions for existing products.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve process equipment related problems.\r\nCollaborate with Maintenance/Production and follow proper Management of Change protocol on equipment repairs and process changes to ensure maximum process safety\r\nCoordinate with Maintenance, Production and oversee execution of equipment and instrumentation calibration program.\r\n\r\nWho are You?\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree (B.S.)
