Our mission is to empower every individual to reach their full potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nConduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes, community settings, or in-clinic, using evidence-based interventions and strategies\n\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment as needed\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistent and effective treatment\n\nProvide support and training to family members and caregivers to enhance their understanding and implementation of ABA principles\n\nMaintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with team members\n\nParticipate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs an ABA Behavior Tech with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values every voice.
