About the Role\nResponsible for overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. What You’ll Do\nMaintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;\nProvide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.\nWork with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.\nManage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders.\nPerform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.\nMeasure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.\nProvide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.\nCultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.\nPromote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. What You’ll Need\n‒ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\n‒ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).\n‒ Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.\n‒ Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.\n‒ Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.\n‒ Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.\n‒ Intermediate skills with Mic rosoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
