Ensures timely processing of shipping, receiving and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, will be thoroughly organized and have the ability to manage a variety of tasks.\nThis is a contract position working third shift - Monday - Friday\nHours: 9:30 pm - 6:00 am\nPay range: $30-40/hour + 15% second shift differential\n\nWhat you'll do:\nMaintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS logistics related job functions\nMonitor and control inventory integrity; resolve problems in a timely manner\nMaintain physical condition of loading dock, warehouse and ensure safety protocols are observed\nReceive and verify purchase orders, and stock items appropriately\nComplete physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, reconciliations and report the findings\nRespond to internal customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner\nTrack, report, identify non-conforming or damaged parts, and quarantine damaged products during an incoming inspection with guidance from QA/QC team(s)\nAssist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.\nObey all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean work environment\nEnsure compliance with CFS HAZMAT storage and shipping plans\nIdentify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)\nOther tasks as reasonably requested by leadership\nAbility to operate various material handling equipment\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving\nMinimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality (required)\nExceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations\nUnderstanding of ERP functionality\nStrong computer skills with MS office and G-Suite applications\nPossess problem-solving skills with a bias for speed\nLearn quickly and adapt to new information and environments\nAble to work with minimal supervision to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines\nDemonstrate organizational skills and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow and handle multiple tasks simultaneously\nDemonstrate integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, creativity, and agility\nExhibit strong customer service skills\nEffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with exceptionally tight deadlines with frequent interruptions and distractions\nAddress problems with a positive, creative, collaborative approach, always keeping the customer experience in mind\nHave exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to write concise, logical and grammatically correct business correspondence\nBonus Points For:\nBachelor’s Degree\nExperience in a start-up or high growth environment\nExperience in manufacturing environment\nMust-have requirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs\nPerform activities such as stopping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time\nDedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics\nThis is a contract position.\n#LI-Onsite\n\nAt CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
