Throughout the program, you'll strengthen your ability to analyze complex systems, make data-driven decisions, and implement sustainable solutions that improve operational performance.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nBachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering.\n\nGraduation date of December 2026.\n\nInternship, co-op, or other related engineering work experience preferred.\n\nHigh level of initiative with a passion for continuous improvement and achieving results.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate ideas effectively.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.\n\nExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWillingness to travel as needed.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nWhat You'll Focus On\n\nDevelop a strong technical and operational foundation through structured, hands-on learning across manufacturing operations.\n\nParticipate in shop-floor immersion to gain a firsthand understanding of production processes, equipment, and daily operations.\n\nLead and support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\n\nAnalyze production data to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable improvements.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Commercial, to drive continuous improvement.\n\nGain exposure to automation, controls, and digital manufacturing technologies.\n\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies, including root cause analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma, to improve manufacturing performance.\n\nDocument and standardize best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.\n\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
