Business Partnerships and Innovation Coordinator (Part Time)

We partner with nonprofits to simplify fundraising, increase engagement, and create meaningful impact.Role OverviewThis role blends sales outreach, relationship-building, and customer feedback. You’ll work directly with businesses—helping them sign up, onboarding them onto the platform, and gathering real-world insights that drive innovation and product improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach and sign-up of businesses for the Sunny Street platformBuild relationships with business leaders and guide them through onboardingSupport businesses in learning and using the platform effectivelyTest the software and identify bugs or usability issuesGather and document customer feedback, pain points, and feature ideasShare insights with the Sunny Street team to improve product experience and workflowsIdentify opportunities for innovation and improved charity engagementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Success in this role will be measured by a mix of activity, outcomes, and insight quality, including:Sales & OutreachNumber of businesses contacted per weekNumber of businesses signed up/onboardedConversion rate from outreach → signupBusiness Engagement & SuccessPercentage of onboarded businesses actively using the platformTime to first successful campaign or action on Sunny StreetQualitative feedback from businesses on clarity and usefulnessCustomer Feedback & Product InsightsNumber of actionable feedback items submitted (pain points, feature requests, UX issues)Quality and clarity of bug reports and usability findingsPatterns identified across multiple businesses (themes, trends, repeated friction points)Innovation & ImprovementRecommendations that lead to product, onboarding, or messaging improvementsContribution to testing new features or workflows before launchWhat We’re Looking ForComfortable with sales conversations and outreachStrong communicator and relationship builderCurious, observant, and thoughtful about user experienceOrganized, reliable, and able to work independentlyMission-driven and aligned with helping charities succeedBonus (Not Required):Experience with nonprofits, startups, sales, or customer successInterest in product development, UX, or innovationFamiliarity with CRMs or onboarding toolsWhy This Role Is SpecialDirect influence on product direction and charity experienceFlexible hours with meaningful, impact-driven workOpportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as Sunny Street scales
