Employees requiring accommodation are encouraged to notify Human Resources so that appropriate arrangements can be made.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage all aspects of project execution\n\nEstablish project communication protocols, including:\n\nIdentification of client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers\n\nChange management processes\n\nInformation dissemination routes and procedures\n\nSystematic processes for project data management and reporting\n\nMaintain responsibility for project financial performance, including establishing cost controls and conducting periodic reviews to identify risks\n\nLiaise with Phasor personnel to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical considerations\n\nManage subcontractors performing surveying and geomatics services on projects\n\nCoordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians unless delegated to a Field Coordinator\n\nParticipate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation across projects\n\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate must hold a current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or be eligible for licensure through reciprocity.
