As a Technical Engineering Lead you will be our next strategic hire for this cutting-edge work. This pivotal opportunity will support the U.S. Army’s PEO M&S (Missiles and Space) in Huntsville, Alabama.\n\nAs part of the Parsons team, you will be on the frontline of this transformative work and have the chance to directly contribute to the continued success of the Army’s premier missile and space program. If you’re passionate about national defense, technology innovation, and shaping the future, this is the opportunity for you!\n\nTo be eligible for this work, all candidates are required to hold a current SECRET clearance, or higher.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nPerform systems engineering and system of systems engineering requirements definition, requirements analysis, architecture design and implementation recommendations and the development, refinement, integration, and implementation of existing and future Integrated Fires (IF) architectures.\n\nLead or participate in working group meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Future Integrations Team (FIT) or other technical meetings.\n\nPerform threat integration tasks and interface with Army Threat agencies and National Intelligence Centers.\n\nDevelopment, use, and maintenance of simulations.\n\nSupport portfolio level systems and software process development and engineering to include development and maintenance of the IF MBSE model and reference architecture.\n\nProvide engineering expertise for test planning, execution, and post- data collection, analysis, and reporting.\n\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and 10+ years of related professional experience.\n\nHold a current Secret Clearance.\n\nSystems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules.\n\nSelf-motivated and able to assertively document and follow-up on customer requests.\n\nAdept at coordinating problem resolution and working across engineering functional areas.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of Air & Missile Defense, Command & Control, CUAS, Defensive Fires, or Electronic Warfare.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\n\nCurrent TS/SCI\n\nAdvanced degree preferred at this level\n\n15+ years of experience with Army battle command and control systems such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control, or the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System\n\nFamiliarity with the Joint All Domain Command and Control system strategy and development\n\nCurrent or recent experience working in Integrated Fires & Rapid Capability Office, Integrated Fires Mission Command, or other PEO M&S organizations\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\n\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.\n\nThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.\n\nThe Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
