Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware for a Sales Representative at Prestige Italia SpA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, attending industry events, and providing insights to improve the sales process and reach goals. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targetsCustomer service and relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty with clientsCommunication and presentation skills for explaining product features and benefits to various customersKnowledge or interest in equestrian products, particularly saddles, is a plusStrong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts and prioritiesProficiency in CRM software or other sales management tools is advantageousAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
