About the Opportunity: A rapidly growing, private equity-backed platform company is seeking a Sales/Rev Ops Manager to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to a senior executive, this individual will play a critical role in helping newly acquired businesses successfully integrate into the broader organization while driving key operational initiatives across the platform.This is a highly visible position that offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to directly influence the growth and scalability of an acquisitive organization. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, relationship builder, and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.What You'll Do: Lead multiple acquisition integration projects simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition for newly acquired businessesServe as the primary point of contact for leadership teams during the initial integration periodDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with executives and cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and strategic initiativesTrack integration progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issuesDrive accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships and trustHelp improve and refine integration processes as the organization continues to grow through acquisitionSupport additional transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives across the platformWhat We're Looking For: 3–7 years of experience in project management, operations, integration management, business transformation, or related fieldsExperience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership teamsComfortable operating in dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentsSelf-starter with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and solve problemsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience supporting acquisitions, integrations, operational improvements, or transformation initiatives is strongly preferred
