This role focuses on sustaining and modernizing the Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT), strengthening outreach to industry and academia, and aligning commercial solutions to CBRND capability gaps.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nSupport implementation, sustainment, and day-to-day operations of the Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT)\nManage and modernize digital engagement tools to track emerging technologies and shifts in the commercial technical landscape\nProvide guidance and recommendations on industry engagements aligned to CBRND capability gaps\nSupport collaboration activities with industry, academia, and government stakeholders under government direction\nAssist with enterprise-wide acquisition and development initiatives leveraging commercial technologies\nDevelop, implement, and refine outreach processes and tools for engaging non-traditional partners\nAnalyze findings from industry engagements and integrate reusable tools, best practices, and partnership opportunities\nSupport organization and execution of stakeholder forums and industry engagement events (e.g., industry days)\nAssist in refining engagement processes to improve effectiveness and alignment with JPEO-CBRND objectives\nSupport vetting, management, and distribution of data captured within JETT\nFacilitate strategic communications between government, industry, and academia\nSupport execution of communication strategies to promote JETT adoption within and beyond JPEO-CBRND\nAssist in streamlining request-for-information and industry engagement processes\nProvide data management and analytics support to inform leadership decision-making\nSupport CBRN strategy, operations planning, and leadership initiatives as required\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret security clearance\nBachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, science, business, or a related field\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in industry outreach, commercial marketing, and/or data management\nExtensive experience providing guidance on industry engagements to align commercial solutions with CBRND capability gaps\nExtensive experience managing and modernizing digital engagement platforms or tools\nDemonstrated background within the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprise\nExperience supporting CBRN strategy development, operations planning, and leadership initiatives\nBroad government and commercial DoD experience, including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs\n\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail Recruiting@anser.org\nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
