If you enjoy turning sequences into working systems, integrating complex equipment, and seeing your work operate in real buildings, this is a strong fit.\r\n\r\nWhat You'll Be Doing\r\nProgram, configure, and commission BAS/DDC systems based on project sequences and contract documents\r\nBuild out system graphics and user interfaces that give end users clear visibility into their building systems\r\nIntegrate third-party equipment and systems using BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other protocols (chillers, boilers, VFDs, RTUs, VRF systems, generators, FAS, etc.)\r\nSupport projects through startup, commissioning, and turnover-both remotely and onsite\r\nWork directly with Project Managers, engineers, and customers to ensure systems are delivered as designed\r\nParticipate in jobsite walkthroughs, commissioning activities, and customer demonstrations/training\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and startup phases\r\nMaintain organized project documentation, including backups, as-builts, and closeout materials\r\nProvide updates on project progress and support overall project delivery timelines and goals\r\n\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n5+ years of experience programming and commissioning commercial BAS/DDC systems\r\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems, controls strategies, and building operations\r\nExperience integrating with third-party equipment and open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON)\r\nFamiliarity with platforms such as Tridium Niagara (N4/AX), Schneider EcoStruxure, or similar systems\r\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings\r\nComfortable working both in the field and in an office environment\r\nSolid networking knowledge as it relates to BAS systems\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to work across teams and with customers\r\n\r\nWhat This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day\r\nThis isn't a desk-only programming role. You'll split your time between building out systems, supporting active construction sites, and working through real-world challenges alongside field teams.
