Support Services Representative

Support Services Representative CWP Credit Union has a full-time position open that supports the operational side of our credit union. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing account and service information to members, processing ACH, Draft and ATM exceptions, monitoring online applications and light accounting. This position also includes backing up our teller staff, assisting members with new and existing accounts. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask, maintain a high level of accuracy and customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: · One (1) year minimum experience at a financial institution · High school diploma required · Valid driver’s license · Good communication skills · Team player · Microsoft Office Suite experience We offer an excellent benefits package, which includes: Medical, HSA, dental, life, 401K, short and long-term disability, holidays, vacation, sick, as well as a competitive salary.
