This role partners with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations to create allocation and replenishment strategies, analyze sales and inventory trends, and support pre-season forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\r\nThis is a full-time position located in person at Rhoback's headquarters in Charlottesville, VA, and will report to the Planning Manager.\r\nOverview Allocator responsible for product distribution across Sales Channels and Retail Stores, developing allocation and replenishment strategies, forecasting, and monitoring inventory to optimize sell-through and service levels.\r\nResponsibilities Collaborate with Planning to ensure topline allocation quantities by Sales Channel align with Demand and Supply Plans\r\nGenerate weekly replenishment plans by Sales Channel / Store location based on historical sales trends and internal strategies\r\nCollaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations teams to submit transfer orders / systematic reserve orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to all Sales Channels / Store locations\r\nCollaborate with Planning and Merchandising during pre-season forecasting to create seasonal assortments based on Sales Channel / Store location performance, SKU productivity, WOS / inventory turn targets, and efficient visual merchandising exposure\r\nDevelop reporting to track and manage replenishable vs non-replenishable products, based on sales trends, inventory levels, sell-through, and seasonality, to optimize total company sell-through\r\nAssist in forecasting and analyzing inventory allocation by the Distribution Center to ensure internal targets and goals are met\r\nMonitor embroidered inventory levels against forecasted demand to proactively replenish stock and support customer needs and service level agreement requirements\r\nIdentify and help resolve any issues within the system that may arise from Purchase Order delays, unexpected customer requests/accommodations (reorders and/or cancellations), overselling, and adjusted marketing timelines\r\nCommunicate with Retail Store Managers to ensure that needs are met and requests are serviced promptly\r\nDevelop and implement scalable allocation strategies for Sales Channel / Retail Store expansion\r\nGenerate monthly allocation plans by Sales Channel / Store location based on assortment set by Planning and Merchandising\r\nProvide analysis on customer behavior by Sales Channel / Geographic Location to assist with determining the optimal assortment for new customers that aligns with market demands and customer expectations\r\nQualifications 2 years of merchandise/retail allocation or related experience.\r\nAnalytical and quantitative with acute attention to detail.\r\nExpert at Microsoft Excel and building analyses.\r\nComfortable owning and improving existing processes and Excel files.\r\nAbility to work independently and switch rapidly between projects.\r\nSelf-starter work ethic with a desire to make a positive impact.\r\nStrong internal and external communication skills.\r\nAbility to think strategically, advise, and impact Rhoback's direction with data-driven analysis.\r\nPropensity to go above and beyond and think outside the box.\r\nOpenness to change and new ways of solving problems.\r\nNo task too small attitude.\r\nTrustworthy and full of integrity.\r\nAbout Rhoback The Activity: We crave activity.
