Caregiver Lead **OVERNIGHT** **12 HOUR SHIFT**

Home Care Evolution - - Responsibilities: Lead by example: launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best-practice care techniques; Provide hands-on care: assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders; Ensure quality & safety: home-safety assessments, QA visits, document plan-of-care updates; Train & onboard caregivers: coaching, skills refreshers, competency checks; Serve on the on-call rotation: triage call-outs, fill urgent shifts, after-hours concerns
