Duties will involve a variety of tasks but are not limited to those listed below. Must be ok with being in a contract role and training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd Shift.\n\nTraining Schedule - Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm\n\n2nd Shift Schedule - Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm\n\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\n\nAssembles, tests, and packages industrial precision dispensing equipment in accordance with quality, productivity, and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.\nFollows applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.\nUse hand tools, general power tools, and calibrated power tools to facilitate equipment assembly.\nUse reference drawings and bills of material to ensure proper assembly of equipment.\nReport product failures to manufacturing engineer or supervisor.\nUse computers (SAP) to view reference drawings, generate production related documents, for other general tasks.\nMust be flexible and able to rotate to different work areas to respond appropriately to changing customer requirements\n\nEducation and Experience Requirements\n\n Minimum 6 months of work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment in an assembly position.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n1 year of wiring experience preferred.\n\nSkills and Abilities\n\nDue to the variety of tasks noted above, and in support of continuous improvement, skill requirements include, but are not limited to:\n\nTECHNICAL ABILITY - effectively to use hardware tools and able to understand work instructions from procedures, documents, etc.\nABILITY TO LEARN - assimilating and applying new, job-related information in a timely manner\nADAPTABILITY - maintaining effectiveness in changing environments, assignments, responsibilities and/or priorities\nABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS - cooperating with co-workers toward the successful accomplishment of the task assigned. Ability to cross train in another work cell when necessary.
