Join our team in Alachua, Florida as an Assembler and contribute to building high-quality drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.\r\nWhat You'll Do Assemble large and heavy components using hand and power tools.\r\nFollow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy.\r\nPerform hydraulic connections and ensure proper fit and fastening of parts.\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Planning.\r\nWhat You Bring Authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship\r\n1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment\r\nMechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools\r\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and BOMs\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required\r\nPositive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime\r\nPhysical & Safety Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday\r\nFrequently lift and move items over 50 lbs\r\nMust wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)\r\nComfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment\r\nWhy Join Us?
