DescriptionPosition Summary/Scope:The Welder position is a Non-Union, year-round, all weather outdoor, position. This position will require the responsibility to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations associated with OSHA. Knowledge of different materials and tools associated with all thing's construction, maintaining tools, and assisting with repairs will be a key in this position.Essential Functions:Unload and stack materialFamiliarity with construction.Cut metal with metal shears and torches.Make, cut, and weld metal and materials.Have a good sense of balance, endurance and willing to work in high places.Weld or bolt pieces into placeAnalytical and Math skillsExperienced MIG and stick welder with 6G pipe certificationRequirementsRequirements:To perform the Welder position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry material needed.Must be able to plan for accuracy.2 years or more experienceOther:Upon receiving an offer of employment from C&B, employment is conditioned upon the new hire satisfying the below requirements:Passing a background checkProviding proof of eligibility to lawfully work in the United States.Passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
