There is no training.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for performing various types of soldering, including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering, to assemble electronic components efficiently and accurately. You will gather the necessary parts, set up equipment, document production details, and maintain a clean and safe work area following ESD controls.\n\nTo succeed as a Solderer, you should have a solid understanding of soldering techniques, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in soldering, especially in electronics manufacturing, is preferred, but on-the-job training is available. This position is well-suited to those who excel in time management, safety, and precision within a fast-paced production environment.\n\nWork Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 ten-hour days, with optional overtime on Fridays when the facility is closed.\n\nRequired Skills, Education and Experience:\n\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy\nKnowledge of soldering processes and techniques (surface mount, thru-hole, hand-soldering)\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; previous soldering experience preferred\nMust be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
