The L&D coordinator serves as a highly organized and proactive partner who effectively manages multiple priorities, coordinates cross-functional training efforts, and delivers an exceptional learning experience that supports employee engagement, development, and long-term success.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nWillingness and ability to exhibit Wellby Core Values every day.\nWorks purposefully and is driven to provide the best team member experience.\nProgram Coordination and Logistics\nSchedule training sessions, cohort programs, coaching sessions, and workshops (both in-person and virtual).\nCoordinate invitations, calendar holds, room reservations, catering, technology setup, materials preparation, and event logistics.\nAct as the primary point of contact for training communications, reminders, pre-work assignments, and follow-up materials.\nLearning Management System (LMS) Support\nAssist with course setup, enrollments, tracking completions, and generating reports within the LMS platform.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date learning records and support compliance and certification tracking needs.\nMaintain L&D program content to address new and emerging learning needs, and close identified skill, knowledge, and competencies gaps.\nAdministrative Support\nOrganize and maintain content libraries, training materials, facilitator guides, evaluations, and team resources.\nSupport budget tracking for L&D initiatives, including supplies, printing, assessments, and vendor engagements.\nAssist with survey distribution, feedback collection, and reporting to evaluate learning program effectiveness.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with L&D team members (facilitators, specialists, analysts) to provide seamless program support across onboarding, retail, and leadership/talent development areas.\nSupport special projects related to learning campaigns, career development resources, and team member engagement initiatives.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)\nKnowledge of Wellby’s organizational functions and general operating policies and procedures.\nKnowledge of general office practices and procedures, business English, spelling, and punctuation.\nKnowledge of personal computer, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other software’s.\nKnowledge of learning and development principles, adult learning concepts, and training coordination practices.\nSkilled in operating computer equipment and general office machines such as personal computers, copiers, projection equipment, audio/video, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Video Communications, and adding devices.\nSkilled in providing excellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nSkilled in the analysis of problems and the development and implementation of solutions\nSkilled in above-average analytical and reasoning abilities\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.\nAbility to provide excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\nAbility to provide strong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to navigate and troubleshoot issues\nAbility to create a positive and engaging experience for participants during training and onboarding programs\nAbility to efficiently understand and follow oral and written instructions, perform routine duties without close supervision, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.\nAbility to coordinate several concurrent activities simultaneously.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment.\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThe team member does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nComplexity & Scope of Work\nThe team member follows Wellby’s policies and procedures, Team Member Handbook, and federal and state laws and regulations in accomplishing assignments\nInstructions to the team may be general or specific in nature\nThe team member performs routine and generally related tasks without supervisory direction.\nTasks may occasionally have to be coordinated, integrated, and/or prioritized.\nThe team member’s work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, completion, and compliance with Wellby’s policies and procedures.\nThe team member will ensure policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with professional standards.\nThe team member uses independent judgment in making decisions.\nCourses of action are determined by established procedures and/or the Learning & Development Manager.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
