This position will collect, validate, analyze, and visualize complex data to support reporting, performance measurement, data quality, and informed business decisions.\n\nLocation: Fully onsite\nAddress: 1 Science Center Road, Erwin, NY 14870\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM\nPay: $23.41–$28.58 per hour, W-2\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Collect, organize, validate, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.\n* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and performance metrics.\n* Use Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, SQL, JMP, or comparable analytical tools to communicate findings.\n* Monitor data integrity and identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.\n* Perform data profiling, reconciliation, cleansing, validation, and quality-control activities.\n* Identify trends, risks, anomalies, opportunities, and performance drivers within complex datasets.\n* Translate business requirements into dashboards, analytical solutions, KPI frameworks, and reporting logic.\n* Partner with business, technical, operational, and program-management stakeholders.\n* Develop clear data definitions, KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and data-management documentation.\n* Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.\n* Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs.\n* Assist with UAT, troubleshooting, process improvement, and reporting enhancements.\n* Maintain consistent and reliable reporting practices across source systems and analytical outputs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.\n* Approximately 1–5 years of professional data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting experience.\n* Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.\n* Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing complex datasets.\n* Experience with Python, Excel, or comparable analytical tools.\n* Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business reports.\n* Experience with data validation, profiling, reconciliation, cleansing, or data-quality management.\n* Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n* Ability to explain findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\n* Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.\n* U.S. citizenship is required for this position based on the client’s requirements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n* Experience with JMP.\n* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, lookup functions, formulas, or macros.\n* Experience with Python, R, or statistical-analysis tools.\n* Experience documenting data definitions, KPI calculations, source mappings, or reporting methodologies.\n* Experience supporting manufacturing, research and development, laboratory, engineering, healthcare, financial, or other complex operational environments.\n* Experience with data governance, metadata, dimensional modeling, ETL, or cloud data platforms.\n* Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional project environment.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis is a fully onsite position at the Sullivan Park R&D Center.
