Responsible for overall management of a multiple amount of casino table games for a particular shift. Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends policy changes in accordance with Gaming Compliance and Regulations. Reviews the internal security of all table games operations and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency & effectiveness, as well as, integrity of the casino operation.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nOffer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of guest enjoyment with anticipated return play.\r\nPromote positive public relations and creates an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.\r\nAmicably resolve customer related issues in a timely manner.\r\nEnsure the protection of customer's rewards and credit lines.\r\nCreate and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.\r\nAttain maximum gaming product revenue by means of identifying proper product mixture, positioning & pricing levels, and further, by the evaluation and trial of new gaming product.\r\nProperly staff and schedule the Table Games department efficiently keeping in mind special events, weather, and business conditions.\r\nMaintain a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly, and conducive to a high level of productivity, and engagement.\r\nWork diligently to support the Hard Rock culture and team philosophy throughout the department and property.\r\nAct as a role model to all employees, always present oneself as a credit to Hard Rock and encourage other team members to do the same.\r\nDevelop team members' knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, and corrective counseling.\r\nDemonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.\r\nComply with all departmental and company policies including Hard Rock's business ethics guidelines.\r\nComply with all regulatory requirements.\r\nMaintain confidentiality of all Hard Rock trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.\r\nEnsure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.\r\nInsure adherence to all IGC gaming regulations and statues.\r\nQualifications\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years as a Floor Supervisor in a casino. Additional Details\r\nSkills\r\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills\r\nExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.\r\nMeticulous, organized and accurate\r\nExtreme confidentiality.\r\nFamiliarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.\r\nBe flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.\r\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.\r\nManage multiple details and tasks concurrently in a changing environment.\r\nAble to work effectively in a team environment.\r\nAnalyze and think about how possible solutions impact on the entire operation.\r\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\r\nAbility to stand and sit for extended periods of time.\r\nAbility to walk distances.\r\nAbility to lift 30 to 40 lbs.\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\r\nThe Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
