They assist in product imagery and presentation, as directed by the Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Assistant continuously ensures the store is meeting all brand standards. They partner with not only the Visual Merchandiser, but all Managers to best drive overall business through visual merchandising. The Visual Assistant assists in product knowledge education and teaching the brand’s visual standards to the store team.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nMaximize the space and layout of the store based on give SKU management.\n\nConceptualize new and fresh visual ideas.\n\nAssist the Visual Merchandiser in daily/weekly floor moves.\n\nAssist in merchandising windows, installations, and releases.\n\nPrepare daily arrivals of new/replenishment product.\n\nPrepare any/all upcoming releases.\n\nWork closely with the Visual Merchandiser/Store Management to ensure all displays are sale floor-ready, and positioned properly on the hanger.\n\nEfficiently communicate any Visual needs/opportunities with Visual Merchandiser and Store Management.\n\nAssist in the execution of weekly floor moves, as directed by the Visual Merchandiser.\n\nAssist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.\n\nSpecial Projects/Tasks:\n\nEfficiently assist in the execution of any cycle counts, physical inventories or other inventory management task(s) as required by the business\n\nTravel to support other stores, as required by the business\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nAvailability:\n\nOpen & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.\n\nAvailability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require.\n\nExperience:\n\n6+ months in a visual merchandising role\n\n6+ months of retail/apparel experience\n\n6+ months in a customer facing role\n\nSkills/Abilities:\n\nAbility to multi-task and efficiently manage multiple projects at once\n\nThorough communication and proper delegation of task(s) a responsibilities\n\nAbility to lift and move 25lbs.\n\nAbility to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.\n\nAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\nProfessional Characteristics:\n\nKeen eye for details\n\nLearns and adjust quickly\n\nOpen to feedback\n\nPersonal Characteristics:\n\nCreative\n\nReliable\n\nGoal oriented\n\nKith is an equal employment opportunity employer.
