Identity DevOps Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Identity DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team.As an Identity DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the IT Operations and Security Support teams.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Identity DevOps EngineerLocation: Denver, Co (local remote)Pay Range: $58-60/hour, based on experienceWhat's the Job?Support and enhance the Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, primarily within the Ping Identity ecosystem. Manage platform operations including incident response, certificate management, and logging improvements. Collaborate with security teams to expand application security measures and automate self-service options for customers. Work closely with QA teams to automate test scripts and troubleshoot user experience issues related to Active Directory, networking, and DevOps. Implement platform upgrades, strengthen infrastructure resiliency, and support international teams in enabling SSO across various applications. What's Needed?Extensive experience with PingFederate, PingOne, and related IAM products, including integrations and custom adapters. Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and authentication patterns, with experience supporting on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, and familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools like GCP, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and containers. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently. Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne is a plus, along with familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID / M365 SSO integrations.
