DoD Public Trust Task Lead
A company is looking for a Task Lead - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor staff workload and ensure completion of tasks
Provide feedback and training to team members and the Operations Supervisor
Assist with benefit payment processing and research complex inquiries
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Public Trust Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in employee benefits, claims processing, or related fields
Currently working on the PBGC contract
Proficient in Microsoft Office
