Educational Sales Representatives must highly motivated/driven to succeed in a minimal supervision position. ESR's will primarily complete most of their work in the field by visiting prospective, current, and past clients in order to sell/maintain contracts for educational services throughout Arizona. ESR's must possess the highest level of interpersonal communication skills to ensure long-lasting relationships with clients.\nEducational Sales Representative Duties:\nMakes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.\nPromotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.\nResearches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.\nDevelops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.\nCoordinates sales effort with sales management, operations, and company leadership.\nAnalyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.\nIdentifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.\nWork with k-12 schools to determine needs and initiatives.\nMaintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.\nCollaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.\nAttend weekly sales meetings.\nProvide excellent customer care and service.\nFollow established processes and procedures for gaining leads, quoting, placing orders, and closing out won and lost opportunities.\nAttend approved trade shows/meetings and conduct customer visits to establish relationships with new and existing customers.\nUpdate and maintain lead nurture and campaign software.\nCreate flyers, brochures, newsletters, and press releases for distribution to current, potential, and past clients.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nSuccessful completion of Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business, education, or other related field.\nSuccessful sales track record with documented lead development.\nSuccessful sales track record in new or unchartered territories.\nSelf-motivated, dynamic, results-oriented individual.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nOutstanding time management skills and the ability to set priorities.\nAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals.\nAbility and willingness to travel throughout Phoenix metro and surrounding areas.\nStrong technology skills and abilities.\nWe offer excellent medical/dental benefit packages. Pay is $25,000-$35,000 plus commission annually. Top performers have the ability to make up to $80,000 annually with base salary plus commission.
