We operate in a growing industry with multiple tracks for revenue creation.\nOur company has existed for 9 years as a direct broker for multiple major administrators selling various Warranty products including auto and home.\nWho we are hiring:\nWe are looking for motivated people who hate to lose.\nAre you a sales representative with untapped potential? Looking for a new opportunity to flex your money-making skills and pull in that lucrative commission and bonus loot?\nWe have the opportunity for paid training and massive first year earnings.\nOur first year sales reps earn approximately $60,000 annually while our veteran sales team members earn an average of $72,000 to $90,000 annually.\nTake a transferred lead from one of our qualifying agents and close the sale. Every call is a first call close with no follow-up necessary. All customer service is handled by a secondary department.\nRequirements:\n2+ years of sales experience or customer service retention experience.\nAn open mind for training.\nReliability.\nThe ability to ask for a payment.\nDrive to be great.\nThe Basics:\nHours: 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday 10am to 7pm with an hour lunch and a pair of coffee breaks.\nCompensation: Base Pay of $12/hour to $15/hour. Commission is paid once a month for the production of the previous month. Additional bonuses are based on daily and weekly production.
