We invite you to join the small business team where you can build, innovate, and secure your career.\nSentar is seeking a Passive Geolocation Operator- L1 Apprentice in Fort Gordon, GA!\nRole Description:\nSentar is seeking qualified candidates that are looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract and the majority of the work is rotating shifts in 90-day cycles. Candidates must be willing to work shift work and work in the Augusta, GA area. This work can provide a long and stable opportunity supporting our customer.\n\nThe Apprentice Operator- Passive (AO-P) shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and passive geolocation technique available.\nQualifications:\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 2 yrs. operational experience, within the the last 5-years with DoD customer, a Service Cryptologic Element, or another Government intelligence agency (as an employee or as a contractor).\nMinimally Acceptable:\nExperience conducting RF collection and/or Direction Finding (DF) operations.\n\nHighly Desired Experience:\nThe following certifications and experience are highly desired:\nCERTIFICATIONS\nGeolocation Qualification Course\nSCE Collection Operator Certification\nTECHNOLOGIES:\nReal-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM)\nManual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters\nMulti-aperture Direction Finding\nLANGUAGES: Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency as a linguist in one of the following languages is highly desired:\n\nArabic - Levantine (AP)\nArabic- Yemeni (AU)\nArabic - IRAQI (DG)\nArabic - Maghrabi (AM)\nPersian Farsi (PF)\nPashto (PU)\nRussian (RU)\nChinese - Mandarin (CM)\nKorean (KO)\nChechen (CE)\nSomali (SM)\nClearance: A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.\nBenefits at Sentar:\nIn addition to a great culture, Sentar offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families!
