This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards, creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use, and creating financial results.\nWork directly with plant leadership to review variances, build forecasts, teach business/financial acumen, answer questions, and be their primary financial support.\nManage both legal entity and accountable reporting for the Mapleton foundry.\nWork directly with a dedicated resource from the accounting center of excellence to direct work activities, monthly financial reporting, analysis, closing activities, etc. This is like a dotted line reporting of this COE resource to this role.\nParticipate in cost reduction projects led by the facility, provide key financial support and leadership.\n\nWhat You Have:\n\nEducation/Experience:\n\nDegree or equivalent experience desired\n\nAccuracy and Attention to Detail:\n\nEvaluates and makes contributions to best practices.\nProcesses large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.\nProductively balances speed and accuracy.\nEmploys techniques for motivating personnel to meet or exceed
