We're looking for an experienced Line/Grill Cook who can own their station, execute consistently under pressure, and help maintain the energy and standards that make our kitchen run. What You'll DoExecute all grill and fryer items to temperature and specSet up, maintain, and break down your station for every shiftCommunicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen teamFollow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standardsAssist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed What We're Looking For2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environmentProven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to tempStrong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniquesAbility to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume serviceFood handler certification requiredAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
