Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A
Position Responsibilities: Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysisCollect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actionsPerform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutionsDevelop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisionsSupport the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgetsBuild and maintain financial models supporting annual operating plan developmentPerform gross profit margin analysis; identify rate vs. mix drivers and quantify financial risk and opportunityDevelop and maintain decision-support tools and reporting frameworks to improve financial visibility across the businessSupport budget processes including variance narratives, management presentations, and ad hoc analysis for leadershipTravel requirements of up to 10-15% to provide on-site support to division locationsOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 8 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education And ExperienceMaster’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
