Travel LPN / LVN - Long Term Care - $1,008 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Delano, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 11 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Experienced Long Term Care LVN needed for an 8-week EPIC Conversion assignment in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care experience, recent Epic experience within the last 12 months, and prior Cerner experience. This role requires excellent documentation skills, adaptability, and the ability to support clinical operations during a major EMR transition. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as ordered Accurately document patient care using Epic and Cerner systems Support workflow and patient care during EPIC conversion Assist with daily living support and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Requirements Active California LVN License required BLS certification required Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months Cerner experience required Must be proficient with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
