This is a support-first role: you'll spend most of your time resolving client support tickets in Webflow, with the remainder building splash pages and small marketing sites.\n\nWe're not looking for a long professional résumé. We're looking for someone who knows Webflow inside and out and can work independently once pointed at a ticket.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\nPrimary — Support Tickets\nResolve incoming client support tickets: content updates, layout fixes, broken elements, CMS edits, form issues\nDiagnose and fix responsive/mobile display problems\nTroubleshoot Webflow CMS collections, dynamic bindings, and interactions\nCommunicate status and resolutions clearly to clients and the internal team\n\nSecondary — Builds\nBuild splash pages and landing pages from provided designs\nBuild small, basic websites end to end in Webflow\nSet up CMS collections, forms, and basic interactions\nQA your own work across breakpoints and browsers before handoff\n\n*Requirements*\n\n2+ years hands-on Webflow experience\\*\\* (freelance, personal projects, agency, or internal work all count)\nExpert-level command of the Webflow Designer: class structure, the box model, flexbox/grid, breakpoints, symbols/components, CMS collections, interactions, and publishing\nSolid HTML and CSS fundamentals\nAbility to build clean, maintainable class structures rather than one-off styling\nClear written communication — you'll be writing to clients\nReliable availability during business hours for ticket coverage\nPortfolio or live links demonstrating Webflow work\n\nNot required: prior employment as a web developer, a CS degree, or backend experience.\nNice to have\n\nBasic JavaScript for custom embeds\nFamiliarity with Figma handoffs\nExperience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms\nOn-page SEO basics\nWebflow certifications\nGoogle Workspace knowledge\n\n*Compensation*\n$23/hour\n\n*To Apply*\nSend your résumé and links to 2–3 live Webflow projects you built.
