The Analyst connects KM governance, knowledge architecture, content lifecycle, knowledge capture, training, organizational learning, stakeholder coordination, and decision-support activities.\n\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nSupport KM program management, governance forums, working groups, program reviews, policy development, standards alignment, and enterprise coordination in accordance with CNGBI 5002.01 and applicable Joint, Army, and Air Force KM doctrine.\nAnalyze knowledge flows, knowledge gaps, stakeholder needs, information architectures, repositories, and organizational knowledge behaviors; recommend practical improvements.\nSupport knowledge architecture and repository stewardship, including taxonomy, metadata, content types, naming conventions, permissions/accessibility coordination, and knowledge lifecycle rules.\nFacilitate structured knowledge capture through interviews, after-action reviews, lessons-learned sessions, workshops, and other activities; convert tacit and explicit knowledge into validated, reusable knowledge products.\nDevelop and maintain knowledge products such as knowledge maps, knowledge-flow depictions, expert directories, swim lanes, SIPOC diagrams, RACI/VENN models, handoff depictions, and related visualizations.\nSupport content lifecycle management, including ingestion, validation, organization, publication, version control, periodic review, archival, disposition coordination, and retirement of superseded knowledge assets.\nConduct initial and annual KM maturity assessments; review submissions for accuracy and completeness; provide corrective guidance; and recommend improvements to maturity-model measures and enterprise practices.\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze KM performance metrics, dashboards, trackers, metric dictionaries, and program health indicators, including repository health, lifecycle adherence, governance activity, training throughput, Communities of Practice activity, task completion, usage, adoption, and feedback.\nPrepare and contribute to Monthly Status Reports, quarterly and annual roll-ups, KM program reviews, leadership briefings, consolidated issues lists, and recommendations.\nAssess selected decision processes for bottlenecks, unclear roles, missing information, duplicative steps, disconnected workflows, and opportunities to standardize knowledge flow; document findings for leadership and governance boards.\nSupport KM training and knowledge-culture development, including curriculum, job aids, orientation materials, KM Representative Course content, Communities of Practice, newcomer/supervisor/action-officer briefings, and knowledge-sharing events.\nCoordinate with Enterprise SharePoint Services Representatives and Government RM, DM, IT/RPA, G6, leadership, directorates, and other stakeholders so technical solutions remain aligned with KM objectives and governance.\nSupport development and revision of the NGB KM Instruction, KM Manual, KM Campaign Plan, Communications Plan, strategic calendar, battle rhythm, and related enterprise KM products.\nManage assigned KM tasks from intake through completion: analyze task assignments, develop recommendations or courses of action, coordinate approved actions, track suspense dates and dependencies, document results, and resubmit corrected products when required.\nDraft, edit, and quality-review KM correspondence, reports, executive summaries, decision papers, white papers, briefings, newsletters, and other communications products.\n\nQualifications\n\nAt least five years of demonstrated experience applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.\nAt least one of the following: Knowledge Management Institute Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or Certified Knowledge Specialist (CKS);
