All Security Access Control Apprentices must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The Access Control Apprentice position is a hands-on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset.\n\nCustomer Service:\nProvide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.\nCommunicates effectively with the client to determine what services are needed.\nRespond to general inquiries from customers/clients.\nOperations Support:\nReceive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.\nPerform small projects as directed by Management.\nComplete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.\nMust Haves:\nMust have a clear and valid driver’s license.\nMechanically minded and IT-savvy with.\nAbility to communicate at a high level with customers and management.\nAbility to convey services in writing for both service calls and estimates into report form for invoicing.\nGreat work ethic.\nDesire to continually expand the knowledge base in the field.\n2 years prior Security Solutions and/or Locksmith experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.\nAbility to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.\nAbility to kneel, crouch and stoop.\nAbility to reach above and below the shoulders.\nAbility to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull.\nAbility to climb a ladder and work above ground.\nWithstand external weather conditions year-round.\nFlexible work from home options available.\nThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
