You'll lead the design and optimization of the systems behind our CI/CD, deployment automation, and production reliability, and you'll mentor the engineers around you. It's a role for someone who's equally comfortable debugging a distributed system, driving a platform roadmap, and setting standards the wider team works to.\n\nWhat You Will Get D o :\n\nLead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment automation.\n\nOwn high-impact components of the delivery platform end-to-end — scalability, reliability, security, and performance.\n\nBuild and evolve Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep) and drive consistent patterns across environments.\n\nDesign and operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.\n\nRun containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nImplement monitoring, logging, and observability so teams have the signals they need to run their systems.\n\nPartner with Security to embed DevSecOps controls throughout the SDLC.\n\nLead incident RCA and drive long-term reliability improvements — hardening failure domains and reducing toil.\n\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers, and help set engineering standards.\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\n\n5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nStrong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or ARM).\n\nProven experience with modern CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).\n\nProduction experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nConfident scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.\n\nSolid Linux and Windows administration.\n\nExperience running observability tooling (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Azure Monitor).\n\nComfortable supporting high-availability production environments.\n\nNice to have :\n\nCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP DevOps / Solutions Architect).\n\nDevSecOps and security automation experience.\n\nFamiliarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or FedRAMP.\n\nPlatform-engineering or self-service infrastructure experience.\n\nFamiliarity with AI and AI-integrated tooling.\n\nHow W e W ork :\n\nYou'll be joining a team that values ownership, thoughtful decision-making, and continuous improvement .
