Client - Our customer is a full-service bank that offers commercial banking, private banking, and wealth management servicesJob Title - Junior Peoplesoft Developer - RemoteLocation - RemoteJob Type: FulltimeWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Early Career PeopleSoft HRIS Developer to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you’ll help support, maintain, and enhance our PeopleSoft HRIS system, contributing to projects, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and development of technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational technical skills who is eager to learn and grow within HR technology.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying technical solutions for the PeopleSoft HRIS environment.Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of PeopleSoft modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations.Develop and modify PeopleSoft objects (e.g., PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, Component Interfaces).Assist with writing queries and reports using PeopleSoft Query and SQL.Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Help document technical specifications, system configurations, and user procedures.Participate in system and user acceptance testing.Stay current with PeopleSoft tools and best practices.Experince:Need 1-3 years of experienceQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.Exposure to programming concepts and an interest in developing technical skills in PeopleSoft.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred:Internship or coursework involving PeopleSoft, ERP systems, or HR systems.Familiarity with any of the following:PeopleCodeApplication DesignerSQRPeopleSoft Integration BrokerPeopleSoft SecurityExperience with report writing tools or BI tools.Understanding of HR processes and data.
