If you are passionate about developing innovative software solutions and meet the clearance requirements, we invite you to apply and contribute to impactful initiatives within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.\nRequirements:\n\nSecret Clearance - TS/SCI Eligible\nB.S. in Computer Engineering/ Science, Aerospace Engineering, or applicable engineering or science field.\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience with Degree\nMinimum of 7 years hands-on professional experience without Degree\nProficient in C, C++ and object-oriented software development methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver working production software in an agile development environment.\nExtensive knowledge of autonomous navigation and path planning techniques: waypoint navigation, geofencing, dynamic routing, obstacle avoidance, and collision detection algorithms.\nExtensive knowledge in BetaFlight, ArduPilot, and Px4- 5 years.\nExperience with sensor fusion techniques (e.g., combining data from IMUs, GPS, cameras, LiDAR) to enhance situational awareness and navigation accuracy.\nExperience working with ground control software such as Ground Control for mission planning, execution, and monitoring.\nExperience with the Qt/QML framework for developing user-friendly graphical interfaces.\nFamiliarity with MAVLink protocol for communication between UAVs and ground stations.\nProficiency in Python scripting for automation, data analysis, and prototyping tasks.\nStrong understanding of data networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols.\nProven ability to troubleshoot network communication issues.\nSkilled in parsing and reverse engineering complex codebases (e.g., C++, Python) to identify subtle errors in data communications within hardware and software systems.\nExperience with CAD\nDemonstrated ability to fully build target SW from source files.\nThe Ascendancy Group (TAG) was founded on and thrives based on relationships, reputation, and trust.\nWe are passionate about everything we do.
