Provide technical assistance, ongoing training, and customer service to end-users.\n\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform administrative tasks, such as managing user accounts, security permissions, group policies, and print services.\nMonitor system resources to ensure all architectural components function properly. Use existing management tools to monitor data center health and respond to hardware issues as they arise.\nSupport efforts include ensuring that all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions.\nMaintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support the Internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.\nPerform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups, storage planning, and database performance.\nQualifications:\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field.\nMinimum two years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.\nComputer security programs–must have demonstrated working experience with various security systems and products used to protect a medium-sized business. This includes firewalls, routers, DNS servers, DHCP servers, file and print servers, managed switches, virtualization, and Active Directory.\nNetwork technology experience with wired and wireless networks, access points, switches, and VLANs.\nKnowledge of DoD compliance Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)\nPreferred Certifications- CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).\nVEEAM, M365, NIST 800-171/CMMC, Sharepoint\n\nAbout Tri-Tech Electronics, Inc.:\n\nTri-Tech Electronics Inc. has a national reputation for excellence in the design and manufacture of our wiring harness, molded cable assemblies, and other interconnect solutions.
