Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service.\n\nOn your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on the SAP Asset Management system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.\n\nStrong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.\n\nProven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.\n\nExperience in leading teams and managing change effectively.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.\n\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n\nBachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).\n\nTypically, no less than 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience working with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.\n\nStrong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices.\n\nExperience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.\n\nKnowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions.\n\nAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.\n\nA flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have\n\nExperience in managing client relationships and expectations.\n\nA strong background in technology analysis and implementation.\n\nPrior consulting industry experience.\n\nMultiple end-to-end life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.\n\nExperience with Fiori.\n\nSAP Certification(s).\n\nExperience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy).\n\nExperience with one of the following additional licensed products:\n\n3rd party planning and scheduling tools\n\n3rd party MRO master data governance tools\n\nSAP service and asset management (mobility)\n\nSAP field service management\n\nSAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH)\n\nSAP business network asset collaboration\n\nSAP asset performance management\n\nSAP spatial asset management\n\nSAP work clearance management (lock out tag out)\n\nSAP geographical enablement framework\n\nSAP environmental health & safety\n\nWhat we look for\nWe seek individuals who are not only technically proficient but also possess the qualities of a leader. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.\n\nJoin us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
