This position reports to a Regional Service Manager and will located in Salt Lake City, Utah.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDiagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and instrument components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problemRoutine maintenance on various operating CNG compressor equipment, including, but not limited to, pumps, valves, meters, rotating equipment, and various other equipmentInspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repairTest electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmetersEnsures that all station equipment, including safety devices and systems are functioning properly, and reports any equipment failures to supervisorPerforms daily walk around inspections to identify any potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintainedEnsures that all vendors accessing Station follow all Company Policies and Procedures24 Hour on-call status requiredService existing accounts by routinely calling on customers, receiving calls from customers, and routine site visitsRespond to emergency calls and preventative maintenance calls in an organized mannerResponsible to book all travel and track all expensesDocuments service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and recordsQualifications And SkillsThree to five years of industrial maintenance experience, troubleshooting and repairing automated equipmentHS Diploma or EquivalentCoursework or certification in electronic technology preferredGood communication skills (written and verbal for reporting purposes); attention to detailMust be able to lift 60lbsComputer skills, schematicsWide range construction technology knowledge and materials, preferredKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust be able to travel to other locations Work Hours and ArrangementsExpected hours no less than 40 per weekPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
