By leveraging AI-enabled capabilities and process automation, the Conversion Manager will establish repeatable, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort while improving accuracy and consistency.\nJob Description Responsibilities Lead the strategic transformation of C&W's multifamily data conversion function through the adoption of AI, automation, and scalable operational practices.\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve conversion processes that increase efficiency, quality, speed, and client satisfaction.\nOversee the end-to-end conversion lifecycle for multifamily client onboarding, ensuring successful migration of data from a variety of property management systems and source formats.\nEvaluate and leverage AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve conversion accuracy and consistency.\nEstablish standardized conversion methodologies, quality control frameworks, and governance practices to support scalable growth.\nManage data extract planning, conversion discovery sessions, source system analysis, data mapping, data validation, and conversion execution activities.\nPartner with Transition, Operations, Technology, Product, and Quality Control teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of client portfolios.\nAnalyze, standardize, cleanse, and transform data from Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, and other property management platforms for import into C&W systems.\nIdentify conversion risks, data quality concerns, and process improvement opportunities, providing recommendations and mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.\nOversee quality assurance activities, including reconciliation, validation, exception handling, and post-conversion review processes.\nDevelop and maintain expertise in multifamily property management platforms, conversion technologies, reporting tools, and emerging AI capabilities.\nMonitor conversion performance metrics, turnaround times, quality benchmarks, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with developers and technical teams to design and enhance conversion tools, automation solutions, integrations, and reporting capabilities.\nLead large-scale portfolio migrations, acquisitions, platform consolidations, and other strategic conversion initiatives.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and subject matter expertise to conversion team members and business stakeholders.\nCommunicate effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams throughout the conversion process, ensuring transparency and alignment.\nParticipate in special projects, system upgrades, and innovation initiatives that support the organization’s technology and operational objectives.\nRequirements 5+ years of experience in Multifamily data conversion, data migration, implementation, onboarding, or related functions, with increasing levels of responsibility.\n3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or operational functions.\nStrong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, transformation methodologies, data validation, XML, CSV, SQL, and related conversion technologies.\nDemonstrated experience implementing process improvements, automation solutions, AI-enabled tools, or operational transformation initiatives.\nExperience with multifamily property management platforms, including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, or similar systems.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.\nExperience with reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, and operational performance measurement tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex projects, and time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.\nExperience developing documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and process governance standards.\nAbility to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making, operational improvements, and resource planning.\nProven people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, career development, goal setting, and team engagement.\nBenefits and Compensation Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
