Associate Clinician / Registered AssociatePosition SummaryPaths & Journeys Counseling and Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and growth-oriented Associate Clinician to provide outpatient therapy services under clinical supervision. This role is designed for master’s-level clinicians who are board-registered and actively working toward independent licensure in Oregon.This position offers a supportive environment focused on professional development, culturally responsive care, relational healing, and clinical growth. Associates will receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support while developing their therapeutic identity and clinical skills.Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families under supervisionComplete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation in a timely mannerMaintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Oregon board requirementsParticipate in supervision and consultation as requiredAttend individual supervision two times per month at minimumSeek consultation immediately during clinical emergencies or high-risk situations according to practice policyCoordinate care with outside providers and referral sources when clinically appropriateCollaborate with supervisors and team members regarding client care and professional developmentMaintain client confidentiality and HIPAA complianceManage assigned caseload responsibilities and scheduling effectivelySupervision & SupportClinical supervision provided bi-monthly at minimumAdditional consultation available for urgent clinical concernsOpportunities for mentorship, training, and professional developmentSupport with case conceptualization, diagnosis, documentation, and treatment planningQualificationsMaster’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related fieldRegistered Associate status with the Oregon Board (or eligible for registration)Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback constructivelyCommitment to culturally responsive and relationally focused careStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic understanding of clinical documentation and ethical practicePreferred Areas of InterestFamily systems and relational workCouples counselingChildren/Teens counselingTrauma-informed careBIPOC mental healthIdentity development and culturally responsive therapySpiritual integration in counselingWhat We ProvideClinical supervisionAdministrative supportEHR system accessReferral supportCollaborative team environmentOpportunities for continued growth and mentorshipSchedule & CompensationPart-time opportunities available; Approximately 10–17 hours per week Compensation is $60 per clinical hour for associate/unlicensed cliniciansAdditional compensation structure details reviewed during onboarding and hiring processAbout Paths & JourneysPaths & Journeys Counseling and Therapy Services, LLC was founded with the belief that healing happens through connection, support, and culturally grounded care.
