Responsibilities Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries and desserts with attention to detail and artistic flair Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of baked goods Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, piping, icing, and assembling desserts in accordance with recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food handling regulations Assist with catering events by preparing specialty desserts and supporting on-site food service needs Skills Proficiency in food production, food preparation, and baking techniques within a commercial kitchen setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance Experience in cooking various desserts and understanding of culinary principles in the food industry Ability to manage packaging efficiently while maintaining presentation quality Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to engage with clients and team members Kitchen experience in a restaurant or catering environment demonstrating adaptability under pressure Familiarity with food industry regulations related to health codes and safety practices Join our pastry team, where your culinary talents will shine!
