Work must align with federal and state compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex data models supporting child welfare data initiatives. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise systems. Lead data architecture and solution design for legacy-to-cloud modernization efforts. Implement data governance frameworks and ensure data quality standards. Support ETL processes and data integration across agency systems. Document requirements for IT and business solutions to meet program and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and data engineers. Review and support processes, policies, and practices related to data design, modeling, and cleansing.
