We are seeking a self-motivated and goals driven business developer with exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills who will collaborate with internal team members to provide best-in-class solutions to prospective customers’ needs.\nBusiness Developer Commerical Landscape Maintenance Sales - Responsibilities\nCreate strategic sales plans with leadership and be a high-performance sales hunter who develops new business & new relationships to meet or exceed established goals.\nSuccessfully complete the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to successful negotiation of a profitable contract and transition to operations.\nWork in partnership with the internal operations team to ensure timely completion of estimates and client presentations, as well as the transition from sales to operations to ensure long-term relationships with customers.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, lending your expertise on sales, customer needs, trends, competitors, sales data, business opportunities, pricing, and content for estimates, bids, proposals, and presentations.\nEffectively use existing software programs to track and provide timely and accurate reports.\nParticipate in external sales and marketing activities to create demand, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads for sales opportunities.\nAbility to demonstrate, communicate, and promote our customer service, best practices, accountability, integrity, ethics, performance, growth, goals, as well as our culture & values to prospective customers.\nBusiness Developer Commerical Landscape Maintenance Sales - Requirements\n3+ years of successful new sales experience in the commercial landscape industry required.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent math and analytical skills\nComputer proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and industry related estimating software (Aspire specifically)\nAbility to meet time sensitive goals and achieve results in a dynamic work environment.\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not required.\n\nOutworx Group and its family of companies is an EEO/AA Employer.
