Travel Administrative Coordinator
Travel Administrative Coordinator (Contract) Location: Rochester, NY (On-Site) Pay: $25-30/hr We are seeking an experienced Travel Administrative Coordinator to support a busy corporate travel and meetings function. This role will focus on coordinating travel logistics, supporting meeting planning activities, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor shared travel inbox and respond to employee inquiries Provide guidance on travel policies and procedures Support meeting and event coordination (registrations, confirmations, itineraries) Assist with reporting, data tracking, and spreadsheet updates Route contracts and support invoice tracking and reconciliation Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, supplies, shipping support) Maintain and update event details in systems like CVENT Qualifications: MUST Have - 5+ years of experience in the travel industry (corporate or agency) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working with systems/tools and data reporting Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
