{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e0b63c44a8c7789d95148e8b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e0b63c44a8c7789d95148e8b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e0b63c44a8c7789d95148e8b","title":"Process Engineer","description":"*Position: Process Engineer *\n\n*Location: Wichita, KS, *\n\n*Duration: 9 Months *\n\n*Job Type: Contract *\n\n*Work Type: Onsite *\n\n*Shift: 1st shift *\n\n*Client: Federal *\n\n*Job Description: *\n* Candidates will draw on their manufacturing and industrial knowledge to design, analyze, and improve production systems and tooling methodology.\n* Candidates will contribute to build-plan methodology, production tooling, and manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.\n* Creation of Manufacturing Build and Tooling Plans for new aircraft.\n* Tool Design with emphasis on Ergonomics and Safety.\n* Facility Layout improvements with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing.\n* Utilization of the latest, high technology tools to create Graphic Work Instructions, NC Programming, Laser Projection, Robotics Programs, etc.\n* Leading/participating in cross-functional continuous improvement projects that enable both product and process improvements.\n* Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of the projects within different departments.\n* Observe and analyse current methods and processes for making recommendations on improving production quality, work simplification and cost reduction.\n* Develop manufacturing processes by modifying and designing new equipment's for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.\n* Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or service.\n\n*Skills, Education & Qualifications: *\n* Bachelor’s Preferred\n* Enovia reporting\n* Supersedure research\n* Alignment of Aftermarket Master data with burndown of EC backlog ME/PE experience\n* Ability to read drawings\n* Experience in SAP, Enovia, Beech based,etc.\n* Experience with client Aviation is a plus\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Contract\n\nPay: $65.24 -
