We are currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our growing support team.\r\nAs a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point-of-contact for our commercial and residential services. In this role, you will troubleshoot customer issues and resolve technical problems over the phone and through a ticketing system. You will also handle some baseline billing related calls and will assist customers in making payments or accessing their online bill pay portal account. Other important duties include researching and documenting customer issues and escalating high priority tasks as necessary. We have recently added a sales element to the role that also includes commissions per sale. This is a full-time, shift-based position that has a rotating on-call requirement as well as some weekends.\r\nComputer and remote desktop support experience is helpful, but not a requirement.
